Gourmet Food Trucks are the hip new restaurants in Southern California

In southern California, sandwich trucks are outdated upgraded to mobile restaurants with menus as diverse as culture. In view of restaurant chains and high operating costs, many small businesses locally owned food industry have disappeared and the catering truck to enter the gap.
