Party Ideas? planing a party, need help...need cool,fun,awesome,FUNNY theme ideas!!!?

So i'm 13 years old and planing a party. Most of my friends are 13 or 14. WE LKE TO HAVE FUN!!! we need HALIRIOUS and FUN party themes, no not barbie, not beach party, pool party, hawian, disco, or non-original stuff like that. Anything that will be awesome. PLZ give me ideas

Dress in an "Outlandish Fashion" wearing your own original Mad Hat and matching attire.

Bring: one Crazy WRAPPED White Elephant gift -valued under $5.00. (Don't tell anybody what it is.)

Using a two part number ticket/card (1,1) (2,2) etc.--
Each guest that brought a gift gets one half of the ticket when gift is brought in and placed in a wheelbarrel, trash can, whatever tickles your fancy. The matching half of the ticket is placed in a bowl.
When the gifting time comes After eating...Gather around in a circle. Pull a number from the bowl, the person with that number gets to pick a gift....but can't open it. Pull another number...this person gets to pick a gift from the pile or take the gift from the first person...but can't open it. If a person with a gift gets that gift taken away...they get to get a gift from the pile or another person....but can not take the gift back from the person who took it from them. All the gifts have now been taken...Numbers in bowl will be drawn again.
Person opens gift. Gift can be taken away. 3 trys gift is dead and owned by holder.

Each guest makes and brings and wears an original "mad hat".Have parade of hats (and matching gear)
Prizes for Prettiest, craziest, and most original.

Menu:
Hot dogs, hot dog buns, cheese, slaw, chilie. pickles, baked beans, chips----smores for dessert.

Could make ice cream with one or two of those toss/ball ice cream makers.

Play your own version of Taboo, Board Games, Card games,
Frisby, volleyball, balloon toss (water filled of course)
salt dough sculpters (hats of course)
Face painting.Blindfold obstacle course. Duckwalk relay.
Peanut on a spoon relay race, Blindfold wheelbarrel race.
Ring toss, ball through hoop. etc.
