Dressup games are nothing new. In fact, I've loved the various forms of games of style for much longer than most people even realize that have existed. The journey through fashion games has been long, but fortunately it was pretty nice along the way.

Dolls and Dressup Games

The first game was last Dressup Barbies - Fashion doll available only twenty odd years. Barbie games were quite simple - plastic doll with a few outfits to choose from. I liked the dance costumes and best of all we extend the Barbies with cars, horses and houses to enjoy together. When the games have a little indifferent, just a little spice.

The best way we have added some life back into Barbie games to make our own clothes. Not particularly blessed with sewing skills, most of my clothes for Barbie was built of odd socks. The crew neck close perfect dress socks micro and we mean in every color under the sun to complete Barbie's wardrobe.

Paper Dolls

After killing more Barbie hair a couple of times, I moved to the next class of fashion dolls - paper dolls and doll plates. paper dolls are as educational as they are entertaining. I had a huge collection of paper dolls in all manner of dress and styles. The paper dolls were in the book and has had to cut all of the dolls and all the clothing if I wanted to play with them. I picked up the books of all kinds of different sources, especially on family holidays.

Sometimes I cut wrists and sometimes did not. But anyway, I spent hours looking at the beautiful dresses of the Victoria era or imagined what it was like in the hot plains of Texas with my dolls pioneering paper. I had a great number of dolls of paper that filled a small trunk and still have today.

Fashion Plate

After the paper dolls, I developed a love of costumes. The plates let you design your own dolls with images only raised different positions on a page of paper. Arrange the head, body and legs that you want and then rub a crayon over the top to design a page of fashion. The end result Fashion is your very own, like the dress up dolls that love today.

Today Dressup Dolls

Today there are plenty of Barbie and Bratz games, paper dolls, but it seems to have been moved online. Playing paper dolls is now a virtual thing. To play with the doll, choose a base of the wrist and then find the clothes you like to put on the wrist. No cutting and pasting involved, although I found you have to dig a little harder to find the historical aspects of fashion dolls. But regardless, I love these fashion dolls dressup as games as I have always loved.
