I do not know much about makeup, what should I buy??

okay ... I have a good mascara and unfounded, but the two are almost exhausted ...... so I'm 16 and I want to start using some makeup again, I do not want to look like a barbie or anything, just a natural and very well .... I've been saving my money and today I will finish ..... (Sorry, sephora is too expensive for my current budget, hehe) and wanted to buy, basically a new set of makeup. Could you tell me what things I should get? (For example: mascara, eye shadow, foundation, etc) and some good brands appreciated? links would be much! thanks!

Clinique is a good brand in department stores which will help to apply makeup in that country.
