I bought a Barbie Girls mp3 player for my daughter and there is a code that doesn't work?

It comes with a 20 letter/digit code. On the website there is a place where you can enter that code for extra fashions, b bucks, or pets. We type in that code and it says that code doesn't exist. We tried entering it a couple times a day, with caps on, caps off, spaces, no spaces,an a bunch of different ways an it will not work. Please help!

Hmm I'd take it back. Most Barbie things are made pretty crappy anyway. Buy her a Fisher Price FP3 Player (not a typo that's what their called). They are easy to set-up, great for kids to use (they have icons for the songs in case the child can't read), and won't break when it falls on the ground.
