Need Help On Barbie But Pink Sweet Seventeen!!!?

I'm Turning Seventeen In December and i love pink and barbie. People Also call me black barbie.I want to have a barbie theme party but i don't want it to be immature and i need help want to put on the invitations.Like a little rhyme or something like "Welcome To Barbie's Dollhouse". Something thats good and kute. I need help on everything

Food and drink
You could theme the food all pink- if you wanted finger food, maybe crab or smoked salmon canapés, and little pots of strawberry jelly, mini trifles, stawberries and raspberries on skewers for a chocolate fountain. If you wanted to sit down for a meal, you could just do steamed salmon or stuff. Drinks, if you want them pink, there's always pink lemonade, rosé wine (if allowed!) fruit punches, fruit cocktails etc. You could also do pink sugar frosting on the rims of the glasses- this is really easy. Beat some egg white lightly and mix in some castor sugar and a few drops of red food dye then dip the rims of the glasses in it and leave to dry. Also cocktail umbrellas and so on. 
Cake
Instead of having one big cake, you could have lots of little cupcakes with pink icing and little white flowers. They might be easier to manage. Or, if you want to have to cut a cake, you could look at some simple wedding cakes for inspiration because you'll want something sophisticated. 
Invitations
I like your dolls house idea. You could like open the door and all the details could be behind it! As for a rhyme... I'm not much of a poet, but I'd say keep it about 2 lines long.
Decorations and flowers
Thinks Barbie's house in Barbie magazine! Lots of flowers everywhere! Choose your favourite flowers and then see what arrangements look nice and balanced. If you're going to have tables, you could cover them in white tablecloths (sheets would work, if you needed to) and pin ribbons to them. Then maybe you could sprinkle confetti on the table tops, lightly, or maybe a centerpiece of some kind.     
Party favors
Google threw up 12 and a half million answers so there's plenty of choice! What about, oh, idk really, strawberry truffles in little bags, nail varnishes, little scented candles etc. This will really depend on what you and your friends are into. But sweets are always good!
Entertainment
This will kinda depend on what's available in your area, and your other interests. (Throwing out ideas here!) DJ, singers, fireworks (!), clowns, a magician, a band... I know most of those won't suit, but they might get you thinking.
