Anyone remember this old movie/tv show?

it was about a babysitter and a young girl with her barbie (i think) dolls in a little glass shelf locked, i suppose. then when the babysitter came they somehow came alive and tried to warn her that the young girl can turn real people into barbie dolls or something. i don't remember the specifics! if you know hits movie or tv show please tell me.

this sound like and episode of either twilight zone or outer limits where this girl is able to turn people to dolls. i am sorry i can't remember which of them it was nor the name of the episode
